to say that one has "the right to food money" is to say that a person has a right to food stamps, or government sponsored food coupons

pareidolia
Pareidolia is a type of illusion or misperception involving a vague or obscure stimulus being perceived as something clear and distinct. For example, in the discolorations of a burnt tortilla one sees the face of Jesus Christ. Or one sees the image of Mother Theresa or Ronald Reagan in a cinnamon bun or the face of a man in the moon.
Under ordinary circumstances, pareidolia provides a psychological explanation for many delusions based upon sense perception. For example, it explains many UFO sightings, as well as the hearing of sinister messages on records played backwards. Pareidolia explains Elvis, Bigfoot, and Loch Ness Monster sightings. It explains numerous religious apparitions and visions. And it explains why some people see a face or a building in a photograph of the Cydonia region of Mars.
Under clinical circumstances, some psychologists encourage pareidolia as a means to understanding a patient. The most infamous example of this type of clinical procedure is the Rorschach ink blot test.

Subject: oh, hello
I clicked this tab that said, "contact Sufjan" and well, here I am. As I write this I am also listening to your album, Greetings From Michigan. I like it very much and am really impressed with all that you've done. The intro to your web page images the 50 States of the USA. Are you going to make an album for each state?
I am from Tucson, Arizona. Tucson is home to the Saguaro National Monument. It is a very lovely place, as is the rest of this state. There are many things to write songs about, if you choose. You may be surprised at the creative fecundity of this state.
Perhaps you will come and play a show here. I will tell all my friends to go if you do.
I really am enjoying your record and you should be proud to have made it.
Have a really really really excellent life, Sufjan.
Sincerely,
SBH

Dear Mr. SBH,
you are a sweet sweet man. We all need your faithful horns and whistles. 50 states is a lot of geography. I'm making the most of my time. I kept mispronouncing Tucson, for years, even recently. Please forgive me. Saguaro National Park will definitely be featured in the Arizona record. Arizona happens to have my favorite state flag. We used to have a huge one on our wall, when I was a kid.
